All disputes with respect to the Programs and Courses conducted by Indian Institute of Education, West Bengal (IIE). and all services and content (both online and offline) provided by them, shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of West Bengal Courts alone. All disputes pertaining to IIEWB Programs and Courses will be resolved by IIEWB at its sole discretion. Decision of IIEWB in this regard shall be final and binding on the Candidate / Students.
